Making sure we do everything we can to improve Tesco Bank for disabled customers and colleagues means working with the experts in the area. So we work in partnership with both the Business Disability Forum and Purple Space to help us understand everything we can do to drive change.

We’ve recently launched our Enabled at Tesco network, not only giving our colleagues with disabilities and mental health conditions a source of professional support and career advice, but also ensuring that we hear a strong voice advocating for both our disabled customers and colleagues. Working alongside the similar network within the wider Tesco Group, our network will play a vital role in opening opportunities and changing attitudes within our business.
